I stayed for a wedding. I was able to get early check in to get ready for the wedding. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Clean and neat.

The first front desk person I spoke to customer service was lacking. I flew in for a family wedding and booked a room for the day of the wedding. The wedding was at 4 pm. I requested early check in the day before the wedding and told her I flew in from out of state. ( also it was a special request when I booked my stay) and her response was matter of fact not to call the day of the wedding until noon as that was when check out was and they would not have a room available until then. I told her that I was aware of the check out time but was aware that a lot of people check out early and don't use the. late check out. She told me I could get ready in their fitness room and that is all she could do. Thankfully when I called the morning of the wedding at 9 am I had a better experience. The peron I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. She held a room for me to check in early for the wedding I was attending. She also shared with me there where 20 rooms ready at the time I called. Such a different experience then the day before.
